CoWorx Staffing Services has an immediate opening for a Mitigation Manager with our premier client in Peachtree Corners, GA. This is a direct hire opportunity! Our client is seeking a skilled Mitigation Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all mitigation projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. A candidate with a background in the Restoration Industry is required.
As the mitigation manager, you will play a key role in the oversight of various types of mitigation projects including but not limited to water damage, mold, contents, structural cleaning, abatement, etc. The mitigation manager assesses each loss and develops a necessary plan of action. You will be comfortable communicating with customers, adjusters, and TPA's as required. The ideal candidate will be well organized, and have excellent oral and written communication skills, as you will be acting as the liaison between the company and the customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate mitigation projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans: including timelines, costs, and resources allocation
- Collaborate with adjusters, customers, and mitigation crew to ensure project success
- Create accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate or Symbility in a timely manner upon job completion.
- Monitors project progress and address any issues that arise promptly
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and customer satisfaction
- Provides project updates to customers, management, TPA's, and insurance carriers
Required Skills
- Experience using DASH/RMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. word, outlook, excel, teams, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the Restoration Industry and Reconstruction process and ability to assist the reconstruction team when needed
- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting
- Experience using Xactimate/Xactanalysis (Symbility is a plus, but not required)
- Familiarity with TPA timelines, processes, and guidelines (Alacrity, Sedgwick, Contractor Connection, Lionsbridge, etc.)
- Competence with mitigation software (i.e. MICA, Fire N Ice, Encircle, etc.)
- Ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish (preferred)
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to pass background check
Compensation
Competitive base pay salary will be offered commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities based on job performance will also be offered.
